About Tony P. Martin

"I would like to formally introduce myself to those of you who do not know me and are seeking more information about our practice. I was born and raised in Marshfield, WI and following graduation from high school, I attended the University of Minnesota in the Twin Cities. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in 3 years and was admitted into the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2001. Upon completion of my coursework at the School of Dentistry in 2005, I returned to my hometown of Marshfield to join my father's dental practice. Shortly thereafter, I married my beautiful wife, Jessica. In June of 2010, we had the opportunity to relocate to Eau Claire and purchase our dental practice. After 10 years of practice growth, we built our new dental clinic in Altoona, WI in June of 2020. The facility pairs high tech equipment with decor and amenities that calm patient senses to provide ultimate patient comfort. We even have our emotional support dog, Nala, available to help patients with their dental visits. Jessica and I are blessed to have 2 wonderful children, Adrianna and Bennett, who are involved in many activities in the Chippewa Valley that keep us busy.

I am truly thrilled to be a part of the Chippewa Valley community and fully enjoy working with the outstanding patients of this practice. In my leisure time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time on the lake with family and friends. I am passionate about dentistry and strive to provide the highest quality of care possible. About Korey Broad

I’m truly honored to be welcomed so warmly into your community and am excited to provide you and your family with the highest quality dental care. I was born and raised in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada—a place I affectionately joke sounds like "Narnia." After graduating from my local high school in 2014, I attended the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, where I completed an Honours Double Major in Medical Sciences and Biology from 2014 to 2020.

During my undergraduate studies, I completed a 16-month internship with Environment and Climate Change Canada in Hamilton, Ontario (May 2017–August 2018), and later worked as an Environmental, Health, and Safety Intern with Shell Canada (May–August 2019). Following graduation in 2020, I returned home during the COVID-19 pandemic. Although I had originally planned to spend that year traveling internationally, I instead taught English online to students in China through a company called VIPKid—an experience I found deeply rewarding. In 2021, I began dental school at NYU College of Dentistry and graduated in May 2025. As someone from a small town, I truly value close-knit communities, and I’m excited to bring that sense of connection and care to my practice. Outside of dentistry, I enjoy participating in community theatre, staying active, traveling, and volunteering. I'm a passionate advocate for the dental profession and its power to transform both confidence and overall health. I look forward to meeting you and your family at your next visit!

About Jessica Martin

"I hold a Master’s and Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology, along with certifications in school counseling, special education administration, and private practice school psychology. I am married to Dr. Tony Martin, and while it was never our intention to merge our careers, we soon discovered that our areas of expertise complement one another. Together, our shared vision has transformed Martin Dental into a revolutionary practice that blends psychology with dentistry to create a true dental spa experience.

I love seeing patients feel comfortable at the dentist—sometimes for the very first time—and helping them move forward with care they may have put off for years due to anxious feelings. Beyond supporting our team internally, I am active in networking throughout the community to promote the practice and build meaningful connections. I also focus on innovating within the practice so that the patient experience remains exceptional, thoughtful, and unlike anything else in the area.

Martin Dental has grown into such a wonderful practice, and I am incredibly proud to be a part of it. We have the kindest patients and a staff that excels at what they do! Outside of work, Tony and I stay busy with our two amazing kids who are involved in a variety of activities. I also enjoy reading, being outdoors, and spending quality time with family and friends."

“Originally from Decorah, Iowa, I moved to Eau Claire in 2012 to begin a new adventure—and quickly fell in love with the community. What I enjoy most about working at Martin Dental is being part of such a talented, supportive team and building meaningful relationships with our patients. I feel truly blessed to be here and look forward to many more years with Martin Dental.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my wonderful husband, Kyle, who always has a project going to make our home even more special. Our two children, Keegan and Millie, are the lights of our lives—keeping us on our toes and filling our days with joy. We also share our home with three fur babies—our cat, Bear, and our two dogs, Rex and Thunder—who bring us plenty of laughter (and a little extra hair!). In my free time, I enjoy baking, gardening, exploring local craft fairs, and relaxing on my porch.”

"Hi everyone, I'm LeAnn. If you are not familiar with me yet, you will be soon as I will be one of the first friendly faces to welcome you to your relaxing spa dental experience. A place you can trust to put your concerns at ease and make a plan that works for you. To be honest, that is what drew me to make the change from corporate dental to a private practice, where patient care comes first.

Here's a little bit about me. I was born and raised in Chippewa Falls. I attended UWEC and after graduating with an Environmental and Public Health major, I moved to Eau Claire and bought my first home with my now wife of 11 years, Jana. We are currently still residing on the west side of Eau Claire with our two dogs, Charley (who we adopted) and Nattie (who we brought home from a wedding.) In our free time, you will find Jana working meticulously on her yard while I "supervise" from our deck. We do also love to travel, with Colorado having a little piece of my heart.

I look forward to meeting you, your children, and your children's children for years to come."

"I graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Chippewa Valley Technical College on 2001, where I also received certification to practice local anesthesia. I was also presented with an award for “Outstanding Student” of my graduating class. I have been working with this dental practice since graduation and have appreciated all of the technological advancements Dr. Martin has brought to the practice. I have attended and continue to enjoy many seminars to increase my level of care for our patients. My goal every day is to take my passion and knowledge for dental hygiene and apply it to patients of all ages to assist them in improving their oral health, thus making a positive change for their general health. My personal challenge is to get to know each and every patient individually to make their visit comfortable and enjoyable.

When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, Ryan, boating, supper-club hopping, hanging out with dogs Buster and Chloe and taking daily hot sculpt classes!

I have two adult children Hannah and Jeremy, whom I am very proud of as human beings and treasure every minute we spend together doing all of our favorite things. "

About Melissa

"As a child, when asked what I wanted to be when I grew up, I never responded with a typical child's answer like teacher, doctor, nurse, etc. For as long as I can remember my answer to that question was "Dental Hygienist". Once I graduated high school, I began working towards that goal. I began my journey in the dental field as a Dental Assistant. After a few years of assisting, I returned to school to get my Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. I have now been in dentistry for over 20 years!

Prior to joining the Martin Dental team I worked as a traveling hygienist, filling in at various dental practices across the state. While traveling gave me many opportunities to learn various new things, such as different instruments and various technology, I lost the chance to form lasting relationships with co-workers and, most importantly, my patients. One of the top things I am excited for is getting back to having those lasting relationships, learning more about my patients, their lives and what I can do to help them improve and maintain their health.

Outside of work I spend most of my time either working in my wood shop on various different projects or hanging out with my husband, son and dog. As a family we love to spend time together making lasting memories. We most enjoy traveling, camping, and going for motorcycle and 4 wheeler rides together. "

"Hello, I’m Ciara. I graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Rochester Community Tech College in 2015 with my certificate to administer nitrous and local anesthetic. During high school and college I worked as a CNA (7 years). I always wanted to work in a field where I would make a difference in the lives of others and with a purpose. I decided on hygiene verse nursing because I enjoy the long term relationship created with patients. If you ask anyone that knows me, cleaning is super enjoyable/satisfying for me! I grew up in the small town of Mondovi, WI. I currently live outside of Fall Creek with my husband and 3 kids on a hobby farm. On our farm we have horses, a pony, 2 goats, 2 dogs, and a handful of cats.

We are extremely active in all sports, and I’d say I don’t have any spare time, but if I did, I would enjoy traveling and any warm weather outdoor activities. I look forward to meeting you and making your next visit a memorable and spectacular one!"

“Hello, I’m Amanda. I enjoy being one of the Dental Assistants here at Martin Dental and have a strong commitment to patient care and well-being. With a deep passion for the medical field, I thrive in creating a compassionate and comfortable environment for our patients. Whether assisting with treatment or offering support during appointments, I am dedicated to making every visit a positive experience. When I am not caring for patients, I enjoy spending time with my family, my husband, 6 kids, a lively household that includes 2 dogs and a cat. I also live to unwind by spending time with friends and tackling puzzles in my spare time.

My goal is to continually learn and grow as a Dental Assistant, contributing to the health and happiness of all our patients here at Martin Dental."

"Hi, I’m Nala! I'm the Martins' family dog and the official Martin Dental mini Bernedoodle. My job is to help patients feel calm, comfortable, and cared for during their visits. By special request, I can join you in one of our treatment suites to make your appointment a little less stressful (and a lot more fun!).

I’ve completed Embark’s Therapy Dog Prep Workshop, graduated from Puppy Einstein class, and mastered the Real Life Rover course—so you could say I’m well trained in spreading smiles. My specialties include offering snuggles, sitting patiently, and helping anxious feelings melt away.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me chasing tennis balls (my favorite!) or rolling over for belly rubs. I love being part of the Martin Dental team and can’t wait to meet you!"
